Polaris' Map Piece

The fragment of a torn treasure map, found on a dragon skeleton in the Albaneve Summits. Perhaps you could reconstruct the map if you found all pieces?

There's writing on the back:

Polaris' Memoir: I'm a shining star, drifting high up in the sky To find your path, you must look to me only Gazing down at the world, it's hard to deny Having no one at my side makes my spirit lonely
