Item overview
Releases continuous lightning strikes that can arc to multiple other close targets. It also deals Stamina Damage which fills the enemy's Stun Bar.
Channel Spell: Equip the spell and use Mana to cast it with a Staff. Hold the input to channel it over time.
Eternal Spell: Does not deplete Spell Charges per use. Equip the Eternal Spell and use Mana to cast it with a Staff.
