Summons a totem that launches icy projectiles at enemies, applying a slow debuff to them. Maximum amount of summoned totems is 1 by default which can be increased via skills.
Eternal Spell: Does not deplete Spell Charges per use. Equip the Eternal Spell and use Mana to cast it with a Staff.
